Patrick Bryne

Patrick Byrne is the Global Managing Partner at CF Invest’s Berlin office, leading the firm’s international private equity sector. He specializes in board and C-suite appointments within private equity, with deep expertise in investment strategy, portfolio management, and M&A. His work spans financial services and technology, supporting firms across Sovereign Entities and Venture Capital. 

Patrick is responsible for managing client relationships, advising boards on performance reviews, and overseeing senior leadership transitions. He works closely with private equity firms to secure executives who optimize portfolios, drive value creation, and align leadership with investment goals. 

Before joining CF Invest, Patrick held senior leadership roles at Schroders Capital and 3i Group, where he developed expertise in private equity transactions, investment strategy, and portfolio optimization. His extensive experience allows him to deliver tailored leadership solutions across multiple industries.
