She advises clients on executive search, leadership assessments, succession planning, and talent pipelines, ensuring firms attract leaders who drive portfolio growth, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation. With a deep understanding of private equity investment cycles, she helps firms align leadership strategies with evolving market demands.
Before joining CF Invest, Michelle held senior leadership roles at Montagu Private Equity and Cinven, where she gained expertise in investment strategy and portfolio optimization. She began her career in corporate finance at J.P. Morgan in London, providing her with a strong foundation in financial strategy and M&A.
